No. We are not a travel agent and therefore take no commission when you find a holiday using our website.
No. Because we are not a travel agent, we take no commission or make any charges to either the holiday maker or the holiday seller when people book a holiday they have found on our website.
The prices shown for holidays on our website are put there by the holiday sellers themselves and we can therefore not guarantee them. Although all prices should be correct, you should check with the holiday sellers at the time of booking. We do urge all holiday sellers to keep all their information up to date at all times.
Because our holiday sellers update their availability information themselves, we cannot guarantee any availability information on our website is correct and up to date. However, we do urge all holiday sellers to keep all their information up to date at all times and you should check availability when enquiring or booking your holiday.
Because we do not sell holidays ourselves we cannot offer any discounts for groups. However, a lot of holiday sellers do offer group discounts, even though they may not state this on their holiday pages. It is always worth enquiring with a seller you wish to holiday with and see what they say.
Because we only provide advertising space for our holiday sellers and do not have any contract with holiday makers, we cannot offer any insurance or other protection for cancellations of holidays found on our website.
If you need to get more information on this, check with the holiday company you have booked with and get their recommended action. Also see if they are AITO registered. You should also check with any holiday insurance companies you may have protection with to see if they can help you.
We are currently working on a system that will allow our customers to fill in their holiday criteria and we will automatically send an email as soon as a holiday that meets that criteria becomes available. This system is not in place at the moment, but if you

First, check that we have not listed the resort under an alternative name. If a resort is not listed then we currently have no holiday companies selling in that resort. However, we are always looking to get more information on resorts we do not currently list and would appreciate an email with the resort's name and country and we will do our best to find a holiday company that sells in that resort.
